surprise, surprise. we were supposed to leave Washington, D.C. at 8:30AM for San Francisco. then we were supposed to connect to Palm Springs and get there at 2:30PM PST. that didn’t happen. now, we leave Washington at 2:30PM for Los Angeles, and have been put on standby for a flight into Palm Springs later tonight. worst case scenario: we get a hotel room in L.A. and get on the first flight to Palm Springs tomorrow morning.
